Agreement Ownership
This warranty is an agreement between Redding Heating & Air and the equipment owner. It cannot be transferred without prior approval from our office.

Original Installation Address
Coverage remains valid only while the system stays at its original installation address. Moving the system to a new location may void the warranty.

Additional Materials or Work
Any materials or work beyond what’s documented in this agreement must be provided at the owner’s expense.

External Damages
Redding Heating & Air is not responsible for damages caused by fire, flooding, storms, power outages, or other external events.

Preventative Maintenance
Homeowners must schedule two preventative maintenance visits each year (spring and fall) to keep the warranty active and ensure the system operates efficiently.

These conditions are designed to ensure your system runs safely, efficiently, and as intended, protecting your comfort and investment.

Warranty
Warranty Coverage
When you invest in a new HVAC system with Redding Heating & Air, your warranty covers the failure of internal components on the protected equipment. If something inside the unit fails due to normal use, we will repair or replace it to keep your system running smoothly.
This warranty does not cover air filters, drain lines, refrigerant, or other consumable items, nor damage caused by fire, flooding, storms, theft, or other external events. Repairs resulting from neglect, improper maintenance, or unauthorized service by another company are also excluded, along with freight costs or special-order parts not included in the agreement. Compressor bearing repairs are not covered if the equipment is more than 10 years old.
Regular maintenance is a small investment that pays for itself through savings, comfort, and peace of mind.

Equipment Owner Responsibilities & Options
To keep your warranty active and your system performing at its best, please:
- Allow only Redding Heating & Air to service or maintain the covered equipment. Work by others may void the warranty.
- Schedule and complete two annual maintenance visits with our team to ensure your system stays in top shape.
- Provide our technicians reasonable access to the equipment and controls. We’ll work with you if special accommodations are needed.
If you sell your home during the warranty term, coverage can be transferred to the new homeowner. Simply submit a written request and a $50 transfer fee to: 840 Commerce St, Redding, CA 96002, United States
